The Surfers RSL is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, overlooking Cavill Park and just a short stroll to the world famous Surfers Paradise beach.

 

The club offers excellent facilities for dining, entertainment and meetings. Surfers RSL provides live entertainment and dancing, changing on a weekly basis, plus free floor shows. World-class entertainers perform at the Club on a regular basis. Check out our coming attractions.

 

When the Surfers RSL (formally the Surfers Paradise RSL Memorial Club) was opened in 1960 the town had only one high-rise building. This was the 11-storey Kinkabool in Hanlan Street. Earlier, when the Surfers Paradise RSL sub-branch was formed in 1953, the town’s most important building was only two storeys high. In 1953, Surfers Paradise gave little hint that it would blossom to become Australia’s premier international tourist destination. The location of the Surfers RSL makes it an ideal venue for corporate functions, meetings or just relaxing after a hard day on the beach.
